Beautiful hard wood flooring continues into this room located on the upper floor. Crisp, white painted woodwork frames the double windows that offer a view of the west side of the home, including the barn, White Oak trees, flower gardens, and a manicured lawn area.

The early American furnishings include a beautiful dresser made of fiddle-back-patterned maple backed by a large mirror, bed-side tables, a writing desk and an easy chair for relaxing. This room displays an ornate floor vent and storage built into the wall, features that originate from when the house was built in 1928. The closet offers freshly laundered towels and terry cloth robes. A faceted ruby-like light above the closet door is a clever, original feature to indicate when the closet light was left on.
